Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team, responsible for composing, typing, formatting, and organizing documents, reports, and correspondence. As an employee-owner at HDR, you'll be part of a collaborative culture that empowers innovation and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates
  • Assist with developing project guides, and provide information and support for project reviews
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
  • Prepare, organize and assist with contracts and sub-contracts
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients
  • Work closely with multiple Project Managers and project teams
  • Assist with or prepare project invoices as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed
