Job Description
HireNow Staffing is hiring a Senior Project Engineer - Structural Engineering for a top-tier firm in Los Angeles or San Diego. The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years of hands-on structural engineering experience, a Master's degree in Structural Engineering, and deep familiarity with Type I construction. The role involves leading structural design efforts, collaborating with a cross-functional team, and providing mentorship to junior staff.
Requirements
7-10+ years of hands-on structural engineering experience
Master's degree in Structural Engineering from a U.S. university
Deep familiarity with Type I construction (steel and concrete)
Comfort working across a wide variety of building types of healthcare, commercial, institutional, aviation, and more
Confidence using Revit and collaborating within a BIM-integrated workflow
SE License (preferred but not required)
