Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or test equipment engineering environments
  • Technical project leadership (not just coordination — true ownership)
  • Experience with test equipment design, validation, or sustainment
  • Vendor/subcontractor management
  • Managing cost, schedule, and scope (EVMS exposure is a plus)
  • Strong technical foundation in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering
  • Aerospace actuation systems (hydraulic/electromechanical preferred)
  • Ability to operate in high-accountability, regulated environments
