What You Will Do
Independently manage RFIs, submittals, logs, and document control, coordinate trade and design documentation, support schedule updates, identify coordination risks, and assist project managers with cost tracking and change documentation.

Requirements
- 3–6+ years of construction experience
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing
- Experience with Procore, CMiC, scheduling software, or similar platforms
- Strong constructability awareness
- Ability to prioritize, anticipate issues, and problem-solve
- Effective communication with subcontractors, designers, and internal teams
