What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing multiple scopes of work, reviewing and processing submittals, maintaining project documentation, communicating contract changes, and supporting change order review. You will also perform QA/QC inspections, lead project closeout, and participate in project meetings and safety walks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred)
- 4+ years' construction management related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with document control and revision software (BlueBeam preferred)
- Working knowledge of 3D design software programs (AutoDesk Building Design Suite preferred)
