Role Overview

The Senior Project Engineer will lead project engineering efforts on large, complex power delivery construction projects, managing project controls, coordinating engineering and construction activities, and supporting the overall delivery of complex EPC and construction projects.

What You Will Do

Lead project engineering efforts, manage project controls, coordinate engineering and construction activities, review and interpret construction drawings, and develop and maintain project schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of construction, project engineering, or project management experience.
  • Experience supporting transmission, substation, utility, renewable energy, or industrial EPC projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and project management software.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and relocate based on project assignments.
