Role OverviewThe Project Executive will provide leadership across complex commercial construction projects, project teams, and key client relationships. This is a senior leadership role for a construction professional who knows how to deliver exceptional projects while developing people, protecting profitability, and building lasting client partnerships.
What You Will Do
The Project Executive will provide executive oversight of multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, lead project teams, and maintain accountability for project financial performance.

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience
- Demonstrated success leading large and/or complex commercial construction projects and multiple project teams
- Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction operations
- Proven ability to develop and mentor Project Managers and other construction professionals
- Executive-level communication, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong client relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and support repeat business
