Role Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to serve as a Project Execution Leader for the T-7A Sustainment team in Berkeley, MO. The role will lead and oversee all aspects of sustainment and program execution, including developing and implementing the T-7A maintenance concept and back shop activation.

What You Will Do

Facilitate cross-functional communication, provide business and integration leadership, integrate with stakeholders, facilitate issue resolution, track and maintain project budget/schedule, and develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in a role requiring project/program management skills
  • Experience working with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
  • Experience with schedule and budget management, integration of all logistics elements, customer communication, and execution of program planning
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience performing or managing finance, scheduling, engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management, or business operations role
  • Experience with managing multiple and competing requirements
  • Experience with Maintenance Concept and Product Support
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), Cost Accounting Management (CAM)
