Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, reporting to an architect in a leadership role. The role involves managing client relationships, proposal, design, planning, budgeting, preparation, and delivery of projects. The position is accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget.
What You Will Do
Meet with clients to analyze goals and develop architectural solutions, plan project budgets and schedules, initiate and create schematic designs, and coordinate workload through design development and construction document phases.

Requirements
- Licensed architect in at least one state in the U.S.
- 7+ years of client management experience required
- 7+ years of project leadership and management experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)
- Proficiency with Deltek project and resource management tools preferred
- Revit knowledge beneficial
- LEED credentials preferred
- NCARB certified and eligible for reciprocal licensing in other states preferred
