Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Building Automation / HVAC Controls to lead commercial, industrial, and institutional building automation projects from initial planning through installation, commissioning, and final closeout.
What You Will Do
Manage multiple building automation and HVAC controls projects from planning and kickoff through commissioning and final closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, labor forecasts, procurement plans, and execution strategies.

Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience managing BAS, DDC, HVAC controls, or energy management system projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC equipment, building automation architecture, DDC controls, and low-voltage control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret control drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, sequences of operation, specifications, and construction documents.
- Experience managing projects from initial planning through installation, startup, commissioning, and final turnover.
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, change orders, and cost control.
- Experience coordinating controls technicians, programmers, subcontractors, vendors, and other project personnel.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand controls, communication networks, wiring, and HVAC-related issues.
- Excellent leadership, client communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant construction or project management software.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to regional project sites as required.
