Requirements

• Define overall scope and establish detailed RFP for obtaining proposals from consultants
• Create detailed business case and present to senior management for funding
• Manage multi-disciplined project team to ensure successful completion of project deliverables
• Manage project change control to ensure project remains within defined scope, budget, and schedule
• Collaborate with other sites and external stakeholders to gain best practices and equipment specifications
