Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic and regulatory initiatives across Capital Markets and Credit Risk domains. This role manages end-to-end project delivery, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures successful implementation of business, regulatory, risk, and technology transformation programs.
What You Will Do
Lead large-scale Capital Markets and Credit Risk initiatives from initiation through implementation, develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of project/program management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets and Credit Risk domains.
- Proven experience delivering regulatory and transformation programs within investment banking or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of financial products, trading operations, and risk management processes.
