Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout the Memphis area. This opportunity is with an established commercial general contractor and offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex projects from preconstruction and planning through construction, turnover, and final closeout.
What You Will Do
Manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout, develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, procurement plans, and execution strategies.

Requirements
- 8–10+ years of commercial or multifamily construction project management experience
- Experience working for a commercial general contractor or construction management firm required
- Proven experience managing large commercial or multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement, contracts, and change orders
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and contract documents
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and client relationship skills
- Proficiency with construction project management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to effectively coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and field operations
