Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout the Memphis area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established commercial general contractor and take ownership of projects from preconstruction through final completion.
What You Will Do
Lead commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, procurement plans, and execution strategies, serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience managing commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, industrial, or institutional projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Previous experience working for a commercial general contractor or construction management firm is required
- Demonstrated success managing project budgets, scheduling, cost control, procurement, contracts, and change orders
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, contract administration, and project financial management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Experience leading project teams and coordinating field operations, subcontractors, and consultants
