Role OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders.

Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience managing commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, industrial, or institutional construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Previous experience working for a commercial general contractor or construction management firm is required
- Proven success managing project budgets, scheduling, procurement, contracts, change orders, cost control, and financial performance
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, contract administration, and project delivery
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Experience leading project teams while coordinating field operations, subcontractors, consultants, and design professionals
