Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager - Commercial will lead project teams, foster relationships with clients and subcontractors, and manage budgets and schedules to promote McAlvain quality assurance and quality control. The role requires a strong understanding of construction management, engineering, and architecture, as well as excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
What You Will Do
The Senior Project Manager - Commercial will be responsible for leading multiple projects, developing and managing construction schedules, and providing technical assistance and constructability feedback. They will also be responsible for reinforcing a proactive safety culture, providing technical assistance, and developing construction methods consistent with contract documents and budget.

Requirements
- 4yr bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, Architecture or related field
- Proven track record as a General Contractor delivering projects over $10 M in value
- Strong knowledge of building codes, delivery mechanisms (CMAR, DB, DBB), and construction sequencing
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Self-starter with excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
