Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Manager with construction experience to join our team. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the set scope.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage construction project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Develop construction project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget specific to construction projects.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects. Experience with construction project management tools such as Procore or PlanGrid. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven 12 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills within a construction setting.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities specific to construction projects.
- Solid understanding of construction project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills tailored to construction stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Experience with construction project management tools such as Procore or PlanGrid.
