Role OverviewThis position will be responsible for Project Management related work for Data Center/Mission Critical projects of various sizes. The Construction PM will be responsible for all aspects of managing a data center construction project. The individual would be the company’s contact with the client and as such is responsible for promoting quality services and continuing positive relations.
What You Will Do
Leading safety culture for the project, controlling costs and maintaining profitability, managing field construction activity, engineering, and other field project support activities, supervising project schedules and monitoring production, reviewing cost reports and making analysis to reduce costs and maintain productivity.

- Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines
- 10 years’ previous commercial construction management experience
- Multiple medium to large datacenter project experience ($100M+)
- Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management, Engineering or other related fields
