Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to join AEC. AEC is looking for experienced professionals to oversee federal environmental projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, structured, proactive, and equipped with the leadership and management abilities needed to inspire and guide a project team toward successful outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership in development of junior- to mid-level project managers, develop and implement procedures for planning, design, and personnel management, manage all aspects of budgets, direct costs, and contingencies, and interact with existing and new potential clients to discuss AEC capabilities and expand services provided to meet our client needs.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, 6+ years of experience on federal projects, exceptional communication, teamwork, and influencing skills, and the ability to recommend approaches for new and improved processes.
Requirements
