Job Description
HDR is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Healthcare Architecture Practice in Atlanta. In this role, you will contribute to projects that are vital to communities, spanning a variety of healthcare types including hospitals, clinics, MOBs, support facilities, and medical / research laboratories.

Requirements

  • Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity
  • Establish and maintain client relations
  • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development
  • Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle
  • Track financial aspects of projects
  • Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers
  • Perform other duties as needed
