In this leadership-focused role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of projects - from initial client engagement and project planning through final delivery and client satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Lead and coordinate team workflows to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards. Develop new business partnerships and continue to grow existing business partnerships.

Requirements
- Active Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in the state of Texas
- Minimum 5 years' experience including 3+ years' supervision experience
- Active participant in the industry association(s)
- Demonstrate leadership & supervisory skills
- Excellent technical knowledge & business development experience
- Proficient CAD knowledge, Civil 3D required
