Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical is a construction operations leader responsible for managing multiple project teams and accountable for all financial and risk outcomes. The Sr. Project Manager works in conjunction with their field team to ensure the contract requirements are being met for each project. Experience with Mission Critical data center projects is strongly preferred.

What You Will Do

Serve as the senior point of contact for clients to ensure alignment and resolution of high-level concerns while guiding project teams, communicating consistently, coordinating tasks proactively, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring achievement of cost, schedule, safety, and quality objectives.

What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field AND 12+ years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience directly or indirectly supervising staff with increasing responsibility. Previous experience in AEC (architectural, engineering, construction) industry preferred.
