Oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale water, wastewater, and utility capital projects, lead engineering designs, manage construction phases, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil or architectural Engineering
- 20 years of progressive experience in engineering design and construction management for complex infrastructure projects

- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Michigan (or immediate reciprocity)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
