Role OverviewThis is a hybrid role based across multiple locations - Dallas TX, Atlanta GA, Chicago IL, Nashville TN. The Senior Project Manager - Technical Program Manager will run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owning the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes end to end.
What You Will Do
As a TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple priorities. You will build and maintain detailed program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks, identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues with a proactive approach.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in technical program or project management spanning across cross-functional teams, with at least 4+ years on Cloud transformation. Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery is also required.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technical program or project management
- Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience using analytics to translate business issues into investigative solution
- Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks
