Job Description
The Weitz Company is hiring a Senior Project Manager - Traveling to join our team in Florida. The role is responsible for profitably managing all administrative and field construction activities to quality standards, while maintaining relationships with all stakeholders on assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience working for a general contractor (GC)
  • Experience in education, municipal, hospitality, aviation, and/or senior living construction
  • Senior living project experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent project management skills and commercial construction knowledge
  • Strong business acumen, tact, and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to make sound judgements and decisions
  • Solid leadership skills and comfortable with conflict resolution
  • Analytical thinker with a high level of initiative
  • Adaptable to meet needs of the business and the client
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong negotiation skills
