Senior Project Manager - Vorea

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (SPM) as a key member of the VOREA leadership team, responsible for directing all project management functions across one or more active projects. This high-accountability role ensures that project planning, financial performance, scheduling, and trade coordination are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, performance, and execution.

What You Will Do

Lead all project phases from preconstruction through closeout, including execution planning and alignment with contractual obligations and VOREA standards. Own schedule development and critical path management with the Senior Superintendent. Anticipate and mitigate risks to schedule, budget, logistics, and quality.

Minimum of 12+ years of progressive construction management experience with demonstrated success on large-scale, multi-building, or complex projects. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience managing multiple scopes, budgets, and stakeholder relationships concurrently.

• Strong working knowledge of NYC codes, agency procedures, and contract law
• Current NYC SST card required
• Valid NYC Construction Superintendent credential required
• Proficient in core project management platforms, including Procore, Asana, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Sage Intacct
