Job Description
UT Southwestern is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Capital Improvement Construction team. As Senior Project Manager, Capital Improvement, you will serve as the owner’s representative for large, complex capital construction projects, typically ranging from $10 million to $100+ million, within a healthcare institutional environment.

Requirements

  • 7 plus years project management experience in hospital or academic healthcare construction
  • Proven experience managing external engineers, architects, consultants, and construction teams
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale capital projects valued at $25 million to $100+ million
