Job Description
UT Southwestern is actively seeking a large-scale Senior Project Manager to join our Capital Improvement Construction team. As Senior Project Manager, Capital Improvement, you will serve as the owner’s representative for large, complex capital construction projects, typically ranging from $10 million to $100+ million, within a healthcare institutional environment.

Requirements

  • 7 plus years project management experience in hospital or academic healthcare construction, specifically with large-scale capital improvement projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • Design and Construction experience with academic healthcare and/or research facilities and/or project management/construction management experience with a focus in healthcare, academic, and/or research facilities.
