Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the modernization of the Child Support Management System within an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex technology initiatives across cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

What You Will Do

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex technology projects within the CSMS/IES program, develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reports, manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience working in an Integrated Eligibility System program, including Child Support, in a Health and Human Services setting
  • Minimum of nine (9) years of experience managing complex IT projects, with demonstrated experience leading large-scale modernization initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closure) for enterprise technology projects
  • Strong experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Experience with risk management, issue tracking, and change control processes
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, developers, and QA
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (now or in the future)
