Job Description
We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a renovation and construction project for a prestigious and notable luxury high-rise residence and their amenities.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, or a closely related field
  • OSHA 10/30 Safety Certification
  • Proficient in MS Office, Sage Project Management, Procore, and MS Project
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
  • Strong multitasking skills and the capability to work under pressure
