We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead a renovation and construction project for a prestigious luxury high-rise residence and their amenities.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction project management
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Building Construction, or a closely related field
OSHA 10/30 Safety Certification required
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
Strong multitasking skills and the capability to work under pressure
