Role OverviewThe Associate Director of Design and Development is responsible for leading and collaborating on all aspects of the design process, ensuring design is aligned with organizational goals, budgets, and schedules.
What You Will Do
Translate business and operational requirements into comprehensive design briefs, lead internal concepting, schematic design, and development phases, manage and direct external architects, designers, engineers, and consultants, and present design concepts to internal leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements
- 10 years of experience in design and development roles

- Exceptional client-facing skills
- AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, Photoshop, Power Point, Smart Sheets, Power BI
