Role OverviewJ.Jill is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives focused on the retailer’s web and store channels. This highly visible role will coordinate technology, business, and implementation partners while leading initiatives across the broader J.Jill IT roadmap using Agile, traditional, or hybrid approaches.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of J.Jill's evolving e-Commerce and omnichannel roadmap. Coordinate IT, digital/e-Commerce, business stakeholders systems integrators, and other vendors. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of project/program/portfolio management experience, preferably in retail, digital commerce, or a similarly complex technology environment. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall/traditional, and hybrid methodologies is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

- Experience managing implementation partners, vendors, and onshore/offshore teams
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and cross-functional technology delivery
