Role OverviewPartner with the Service Chief and GI oncology research leadership to ensure appropriate oversight, governance, and management of the research portfolio and to support the strategic growth of the GEC research program. Provide operational, administrative, regulatory, financial, and project management oversight for the GEC translational research portfolio. Coordinate activities across internal MSK departments, including Pathology and Sloan Kettering Institute laboratories, as well as external collaborators, research partners, and vendors.

Provide project leadership, guidance, and coordination to ensure stakeholders remain aligned on priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and expected outcomes. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, track progress, provide direction, guidance and leadership support to stakeholders, and communicate project updates appropriately.

Requirements
- At least 4-7 years of Project Management experience
- Prior experience in clinical research, operations and relationship management is preferred
- A scientific background or demonstrated ability to understand and communicate scientific and translational research concepts is preferred
- Experience in gastroesophageal oncology is desirable but not required
