Role OverviewHDR is an employee-owned architecture firm that designs spaces advancing community well-being. This Senior Project Manager role leads complex healthcare projects from planning through closeout, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and client engagement.
What You Will Do
Lead complex healthcare projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout. Coordinate work of Project Architects and balance multidiscipline teams, facilitate design work sessions, lead user group meetings, and track financial aspects including forecasting and schedule performance.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 10 years related experience with 5 years project management, and be a Registered Architect. Experience with California healthcare projects (OSHPD-1 and OSHPD-3) is preferred.
