Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager Lead will oversee a portfolio of complex capital projects, providing leadership to consultant project teams and ensuring consistent project delivery and quality. This role will work closely with client leadership and provide day-to-day direction to consultant personnel from multiple firms.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include supervising consultant project teams, enforcing consistent project controls, reviewing and approving deliverables, monitoring firm performance, and conducting periodic performance evaluations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant construction, engineering, and/or project management experience
- 20+ years of relevant experience preferred
- 5 years of experience supervising project management staff or multi-firm consultant teams preferred
