Job Description
DCAS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage projects in leased space and develop/plans, designs, and technical drawings to ensure code, industry, and City compliance.

Requirements

  • A valid New York State Registration as an Architect
  • At least one year of experience as a major contributor or project leader on a complex project requiring additional expertise
  • Experience in managing construction projects through Substantial Completion and ensuring code, industry, and City standards compliance
