Job Description
HDR seeks a strategic-minded Senior Project Manager to join our Alaska Resources Business Group and be a member of a high-performing team supporting development of public and private projects throughout Alaska.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams
  • Oversee all phases of project development ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Develop and review scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules
  • Implement QA/QC procedures
  • Coordinate internal project tasks and manage external subconsultants to meet project objectives
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
  • Ensure coordination of deliverables and consistent communication between team members
  • Conduct team meetings to discuss productivity, workload distribution, and quality control
  • Collaborate with HDR leadership to monitor project workload and resource needs
  • Work with the Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
  • Perform other duties as needed.
