Job Description
DCAS's mission is to make city government work for all New Yorkers. The Real Estate Services (RES) division supports the operations of the government of the City of New York by providing services for the City's real estate needs. The Design & Project Management (D&PM) Unit delivers comprehensive project management and design expertise to DCAS and NYC client agencies.

Requirements

  • A valid New York State Registration as an Architect
  • At least one year within the last three years of experience as a major contributor or a project leader on a complex project
  • Ability to manage projects in leased space and develop plans, designs, and technical drawings to ensure code, industry, and City compliance
