Job Description
The Design & Project Management (D&PM) Unit is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide project management services for the renovation of leased and city-owned space. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, preliminary design, scope of work development, cost estimating, furniture and equipment specifications, procurement coordination, space measurement verification, and construction administration. The role will involve working with client agencies to translate their operational needs into space needs that support their specific missions and workforce.

Requirements

  • Valid New York State Registration as an Architect
  • At least one year within the last three years of experience as a major contributor or a project leader on a complex project
  • Experience in programming, preliminary design, scope of work development, cost estimating, furniture and equipment specifications, procurement coordination, space measurement verification, and construction administration
