Job Description
Seeking a Senior Project Manager with 9+ years of experience in marketing campaigns, digital communications, or a related industry to manage complex projects and serve as a strategic delivery partner to the Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Lead day-to-day project management with a high degree of autonomy
  • Develop timelines and expectations, surface risks, and partner with marketing colleagues and internal stakeholders
  • Own campaign project management tracking including progress, reporting, and support
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships
  • Establish effective relationships and provide regular updates to senior internal stakeholders
  • Partner with marketing colleagues to provide strategic and focused input
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Segal's brand and businesses
  • Actively contribute to project planning
  • Expert proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated experience applying generative AI to improve workflows and decision-making
