Job Description
The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Public Buildings Division seeks a Senior Project Manager to manage complex capital commitment projects. The selected candidate will oversee projects from conception to construction completion, generate cost estimates, and supervise project staff.

Requirements

  • 1 year of full-time satisfactory experience in supervising employees performing project management work
  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, landscape architecture, etc.
  • Ability to supervise, coordinate, and direct project staff
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
