Job Description
Senior Project Manager for the NYC Department of Design and Construction's Division of Project Controls. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and maps, schedules, cost estimates, construction documents, plans, and specifications. The candidate will advance project controls best practices, support integration of schedule, risk, and cost, and research innovative technology in cost controls practice.

Requirements

  • Four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent
  • Five years of full-time satisfactory experience managing and/or inspecting one or more construction projects
  • Valid license as a professional engineer, registered architect, or registered landscape architect
  • Valid motor vehicle driver license valid in the State of New York
