Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through closeout, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex programs. This is a high-impact role at the center of a collaborative, mission-driven PMO — one that partners closely with global reference lab operations, enterprise programs, and cross-functional business teams to drive structured, successful project execution.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of progressive project management experience
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
