Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager leads complex aerospace programs from contract award through delivery, owning full project execution, customer engagement, and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful delivery of high-reliability aerospace products.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end execution of aerospace development and production programs, develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, serve as the primary customer interface for program execution, and manage contract requirements, scope changes, and program reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (Master’s preferred)

- Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs
- Strong knowledge of aerospace development lifecycles and regulated environments
- Excellent customer-facing, leadership, and decision-making skills
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Earned value management
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Goleta, CA
- Must be a US Citizen
