Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of the project, create a project plan, and communicate with stakeholders. You will be part of a leadership team dedicated to providing world-class service to clients.

What You Will Do

Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting. Facilitate project meetings, lead and develop project team members, and prepare monthly job status reports.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of construction experience, preferably working for a general contractor on large-scale construction projects
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams
• Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions
• Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish
• Skilled at developing and negotiating relationships with owners and trade contractors
• Strong work ethic, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
