Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing survey projects from kickoff through delivery, overseeing technical quality, schedules, budgets, and client expectations. This role plays a key part in mentoring survey staff, coordinating with internal project teams, and supporting RETTEW’s continued growth in the Mid-Atlantic region.
What You Will Do
Manage land surveying projects, including boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the State of Maryland
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive surveying experience, including project management responsibility
- Strong knowledge of Maryland survey regulations, standards, and permitting requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
- Proficiency with standard survey software, equipment, and CAD platforms
- Valid driver’s license and ability to perform occasional field work
