Role OverviewRETTEW is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead surveying projects across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and surrounding regions. This role blends technical expertise, project leadership, and client coordination to ensure high-quality survey deliverables that support land development, transportation, and infrastructure projects.
What You Will Do
Manage land surveying projects, including boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet project and business objectives.

Requirements
- Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the State of Maryland
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive surveying experience, including project management responsibility
- Strong knowledge of Maryland survey regulations, standards, and permitting requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
- Proficiency with standard survey software, equipment, and CAD platforms
- Valid driver’s license and ability to perform occasional field work
