Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager provides overall leadership and accountability for the execution of large, complex EPC capital projects within the Energy, Power, and Midstream industries. This role serves as the single point of contact for one or more major clients and is responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and corporate requirements.
What You Will Do
Acts as the primary interface with clients for large-scale EPC capital projects, develops and maintains strong executive-level client relationships, establishes and leads the overall project organization, execution strategy, and staffing plan.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of total industry experience
- 11+ years in Project Management or Project Leadership roles
- Proven success managing projects with large, multi-discipline teams, significant EPC contract values, complex scopes, interfaces, and execution strategies
