Role OverviewStratus is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-discipline engineering activities and resources on small- to mid-cap retrofit projects. The role involves planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing project stakeholders, developing project schedules, and identifying and managing project risks.

Responsibilities include maintaining client and project stakeholder expectations, developing project proposals and execution plans, managing project schedules and dependencies, and identifying and managing project risks.

Requirements
- BS in engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred)
- Minimum of 10 or more years’ experience
- Strong working knowledge of critical path scheduling techniques using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as project manager on capital projects
- Eligibility to obtain or currently hold a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
